Today Is the Best Day to Start

I decided that today is the best day to start specifically because it is completely random.

On the other hand, It’s so close to the Fancy Date I set (the summer solstice/full moon) that I should probably wait 3 more days. But that’s a Friday which is never good to start anything, so I should just wait until next Monday. Which is so close to the end of the month that starting July 1st would be best, plus I like the word July.

This is 100% sound, inarguable logic. So, don’t argue it.

But today, Tuesday, Jun 18th is totally random with no Fanciness at all. It’s just a day.

Huge, Gigantic, Insurmountable projects should always be started on Super Fancy dates with much rationale and when all conditions are perfect. As in NOT today, because I did not sleep AT ALL last night.

But, hear me out, maybe this Novel Writing Challenge is not really that big of a deal. It’s probably just something that I do. I make up stories all the time, and I often write them down. Sometimes, I just do it with no fanfare at all. It’s what I do.

I do it on ordinary days. I do it on remarkable days. I do it on a random Tuesdays in June. It’s what I do.

So, I’m just going to do it.
